Commercial Use of API Data

Customers with an active, paid subscription may use the information returned by an API for commercial purposes while their subscription remains active and paid. Once the subscription is canceled or expires, commercial use must stop, including use of information retrieved and stored while the subscription was active.

The same commercial-use rules apply to every API on Zyla API Hub. These rules are defined in https://zylalabs.com/terms.

Data returned during a free trial is licensed for personal and trial use only. Commercial use requires a paid subscription.

Commercial use does not include redistribution. Customers may not resell or sublicense API data, or provide API responses as a data feed for third parties to reuse. Using the information within their own product or service is allowed while the paid subscription is active, provided the data itself is not redistributed.

Customers may not use information obtained through a Zyla API to create or develop a competing API, whether it is published on Zyla API Hub or elsewhere.
