# Downloading After Sign-Up

The customer only said they had just signed up and asked how to start downloading. They did not name an API or a file. Ask which API they mean. There is no download step to add to the Help Center, and no welcome email or getting started guide to send.

Ask the customer which API they're reffering to, and suggest to read the documentation. If they have any questions, please reach out to hello@zylalabs.com
