How Do I Unsubscribe from an API on Zyla API Hub?

Learn the simple process of unsubscribing from APIs on Zyla API Hub. This guide provides step-by-step instructions, using the example of the Routing Number Bank Lookup API.

Go to https://zylalabs.com/subscriptions.

Open the API you want to cancel.

On the right, in the YOUR PLAN card, press Unsubscribe. It sits at the bottom, below Billing portal. The label is Unsubscribe, in red text with a red border.

A window titled Before you go... offers other plans (annual, pay as you go, or extending the trial). Choose Cancel Subscription.

Choose a reason and write a message of at least 15 characters, then confirm. The cancellation takes effect immediately.

If the subscription is past due, the YOUR PLAN card is not shown. A Billing portal button appears so the outstanding invoice can be paid. The subscription cannot be canceled until that invoice is paid.
